On Saturday, November 15th the CHS Marching Band & Color Guard

competed in their last competition of the 2014 marching season

at Lincoln High School in Stockton.

Home Show 2014

On November 13th, the CHS Marching Band & Color Guard hosted their annual Home Show

for friends, family and alumni.

They performed their parade march, Karl King's "Roughriders", and drum cadence.

They honored the 28 seniors graduating in 2015.

They performed their award-winning field show, "To Tame the Perilous Skies".

San Jose Veteran's Day Parade


On Tuesday, November 11th, the CHS Marching Band & Color Guard marched in the Veteran's Day Parade in downtown San Jose. 

They entertained the crowd with Karl King's "RoughRiders" and a rousing drum cadence.

They honored our Veterans well.

(They also had a guest Drum Major!)

Congratulations to the CHS Marching Band & Color Guard!

They earned top honors at the

Vintage Band Review on Saturday, November 8th.

They were awarded sweepstakes in field show and showmanship.

The woodwinds took first overall, the color guard took second overall and brass took third overall.

Lodi "Grape Bowl" Review


Congratulations to the CHS Marching Band & Color Guard!

They earned top honors at the Lodi Band Review on Saturday, November 1st.

They were awarded all four sweepstakes in field show, visual effect, general effects and music.

The color guard took first overall and percussion took second overall.

It was an amazing night! We are so proud of them!

Sixty-seven members of the Cupertino High School Marching Band traveled to Oahu, Hawaii to perform on the U.S.S. Missouri at the beginning of Spring Break. They performed a selection of patriotic music in front of the historic backdrop of the “Mighty Mo”. It was an amazing trip!

Two CHS band students performed at a Memorial Day ceremony. They received a standing ovation and were praised by visiting digitaries.
