Dear Seniors,

The past four years have passed so quickly - it seems like just yesterday you were arriving for freshmen orientation. Friday is senior checkout and we are only eight days away from your high school graduation!

NEW FOR 2016 - SENIOR YEARBOOKS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED EARLY AS PART OF THE CHECKOUT PROCESS.

Checkout instructions:

  1. Distribution of Senior Checkout Cards:
    • Seniors with a 7th period - report to your 7th period class at 9:35 a.m. on Friday to pick up your checkout card and have it signed by your teacher.
    • Seniors who have a 1st period but no 7th period - checkout cards will be distributed in your 1st period class Friday beginning at 9:55 a.m.
    • If you do not have a 1st period class or a 7th period class, you will pickup your checkout card outside the College and Career Center beginning at 9:45, before the start of 2nd period.
  2. You must attend all of your classes on Friday and you must stay for the entire period. Each of your teachers will sign your checkout card indicating whether or not you passed the class and if you have returned your book.
  3. If you do not have any delinquencies with the library or ASB, and if you have completed your senior exit survey on Naviance, your checkout card will already be signed by Mrs. McLeod/Mrs. Fratus, Mrs. Balga and Ms. Arranaga.
  4. If you have a delinquency and/or you have not completed your senior exit survey, you will not have all the necessary signatures. You will need to clear the delinquency and/or complete the exit survey and have your checkout card signed in the library, ASB office and/or the College and Career Center.
  5. After your last class of the day (no earlier than 1:15), you will bring your completed checkout card to the Wagon Wheel (enter through the doors on the quad side of the building) where you will complete checkout. Students who have not completed their last class of the day will be sent back to class so please do not arrive early.
  6. If you purchased a yearbook and/or cap and gown you will pick them up after completing checkout. You will also receive your cumulative file containing all your school records.

All seniors must complete the checkout process regardless of graduation status.

We look forward to celebrating with you next week and we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
